Testimonial

Sonia Is My Fashion Guru!

I used to question Sonia’s selections but after many months of following my own direction I’ve come to recognize and appreciate her sense of style and have learned to follow her recommendations. If you’re like me, and need someone to give you honest feedback about what colors, styles, and accessories work for your individual style and body-type then look no further. If a color does not work for me or a style/cut does not flatter my body-type she will be honest and say so as well as
provide options that work. I truly value her opinion and
highly recommend her as a personal stylist.

The Essentials for Your Summer Vacay!

It's that time of the year again.
SWEET SWEET SUMMERTIME!

I would like to share what clothes my fabulous readers
should take on their gateways.
I always have the hardest time packing because you don't know what
you will want to wear a week in the future.
I mean, sometimes I am feeling sassy and want to wear a cutsie sundress,
and sometimes I want to becomfortable and wear a pair of capris with a little tank top.
I know I am not alone, and that is why I have come up with the
essentials for your own personal vacation.

If you are going on a cruise

A Fashionista's Playlist

Everyone is always up for finding new songs to put on a playlist, so I thought I would share some great songs to inspire your own personal style. In Nina Garcia's book "The One Hundred: A Guide to the Pieces Every Stylish Woman Must Own," she provides 20 hits that include fashion in the title or in the lyrics. So I am going to make my own version with oldies and up-to-date songs. Enjoy!

  • "Fashion" by Lady Gaga
  • "Blue Jeans" by Jessie James
  • "All Dressed in Love" by Jennifer Hudson

Inspiration Boards

A finished product.
I read in a magazine a few years back, that inspiration boards are the quickest way to keep your creative juices flowing. After I read the article, I had to try it out. Ever since then, I have cut out clippings in magazines, newspapers, and found little trinkets to put on the back of my bedroom door or just on a piece of notebook paper. I love that you can make it your own, and the options are endless. I usually make a new one every season since my interest is in fashion, but you can pretty much make one for anything. I have seen them made for wedding planning, decorating a room, or just putting up things you enjoy looking at. It is a great project for those of you who are more visual, and it is so much fun! You can make an inspiration board too by following these quick and easy steps.
